Bash Bars: 1-5 weeks
All build times are estimated and are subject to change even after purchase. They represent the time it takes to build a product and package it for shipping; shipping time itself varies depending on where you are located.
We try our best to ship before the end of the estimated build time. You are always welcome to call or email us to check in.
IMPORTANT: WE CANNOT SHIP PARTS TO PO BOXES - Fed Ex simply does not ship to PO boxes
Shipping Costs
We use Fed-Ex Ground or 2-day Air Fed Ex Express to ship most of our products. Some products may be shipped via UPS or USPS. Below are the shipping rates in our store:
50 US Lower States
Canada (BC, MN, ON, QC, SK, AB) - all import duties/taxes will need to be paid on your end upon delivery
Since items usually ship in separate boxes, the shipping costs are separated. If you are purchasing more than 1 part then the costs will be added together.
*Don't see your location? Email us for a shipping quote!*
International Shipping
Do we ship outside of the United States? YES!
For a shipping quote simply email info@drivepkd.com the following information:
Please note that all duties/taxes/import fees will need to be paid by you (purchaser) once the parts arrive.
We do not accept returns or refunds on our products. All sales are final. Why? Because nearly everything we make takes time to create. If you order a product you have asked us to take the time to CNC cut, assemble, powder coat, and ship a product made specifically for your car.
-----
Every once in a great while there may be something wrong with your product. This is a warranty claim. We have come across instances where manufacturing defects have occurred. If this is the case, worry not. Email or call us to discuss the issue and we'll make it right. Please keep in mind that "something wrong" refers to major defects in the powder coat or damage to parts that would have occurred in the manufacturing process. We are not responsible for anything besides mentioned in the previous sentence.
-----
If for any reason you must cancel your order (must be within 24 hours and it must have not been shipped yet), there will be fee equal to the fee we paid to process your refund.
-----
If a customer has ordered a part that is not made for their vehicle, we are not responsible for fitment issues. Products sold on our website are specific to a vehicle's make, model, engine size, and year. We will designate the make, model, engine size, and year (all if applicable to the product's fitment). We will only take returns on these items if a customer has mistakenly ordered the product for the wrong vehicle. If this is the case, we will charge a 30% restocking fee and the customer must pay shipping back to us. The restocking fee is the charge to cover our company's preparation of the item for resale.
-----
If a customer has ordered a part that was made for their vehicle, but the vehicle has been modified in any way different than how the car's manufacturer designed it, we are not responsible for fitment issues.
-----
Humans make mistakes. It's natural. If a price on our website seems "off", or absolutely too good to be true, meaning its price is deviated far from the products like it, a pricing mistake has likely been made. Many of our products have several variants and on the rare occasion pricing might be wrong. If this is the case we will give you refund and let you know what happened. For as long as we refund you the full amount, we are not responsible for shipping the part out.
